With a degree in Hotel & Food Administration from the University of Guelph and over thirty five years experience in the Hospitality business, Chris brings a great deal of knowledge to R.O.I. In the past Chris has owned a very successful restaurant company, opened Canada's Wonderland, was Director of Ancillary Foodservices at Vancouver Community College, Expo 86 and worked in various restaurants in Canada. Chris has given many talks to the industry on topics from inventory control to "How to double your sales in four years". Chris is available to speak at your next corporate get together.
